ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of 11 who work together in a supportive, close-knit environment. Before becoming an agent, I served as a Life Specialist with State Farm, worked as a consultant for a software company, and even spent time as an assistant basketball coach at George Fox University. As a second-generation State Farm agent, helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my path.

I’m married with two adult sons and love spending time outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and learning about wildlife are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I’ve been a Dallas Rotarian since 2004 and strongly believe in the motto “service above self.” Staying involved in the community and giving back is a core part of who I am and how our agency operates.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitch Ratzlaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
