ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitch Ratzlaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitch Ratzlaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of 11 who work together in a supportive, close-knit environment. Before becoming an agent, I served as a Life Specialist with State Farm, worked as a consultant for a software company, and even spent time as an assistant basketball coach at George Fox University. As a second-generation State Farm agent, helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my path.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
