ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of 11 who work together in a supportive, close-knit environment. Before becoming an agent, I served as a Life Specialist with State Farm, worked as a consultant for a software company, and even spent time as an assistant basketball coach at George Fox University. As a second-generation State Farm agent, helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my path.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mitch Ratzlaff - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
